Not sure where this was, but as far as I could tell, they were more concerned about their toilet than the floor.

In the U.S.A. we have a great American tradition where we put feces and urine in our toilets.
It must be fascinating to meet foreign people in the Russian territory of Alaska and learn their exotic ways, kind of like doing the hula in Hawaii.
