I am sure many would do it quicker, but I don&#8217;t like driving too far every day. We stopped in McCammon ID, Nephi UT, St.George UT, Yermo CA, and finally home. There was not much interesting enough to get us to stop in the 100+ weather. Sister wives like root beer floats, we found.\n\t\t\t\t<\/figcaption><\/figure><figure class='gallery-item'>\n\t\t\t<div class='gallery-icon landscape'>\n\t\t\t\t<a href='https:\/\/barneymc.com\/?attachment_id=754'><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" src=\"https:\/\/barneymc.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/MH04-LewistonCemetary-150x150.jpg\" class=\"attachment-thumbnail size-thumbnail\" alt=\"\" aria-describedby=\"gallery-1-754\" \/><\/a>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<figcaption class='wp-caption-text gallery-caption' id='gallery-1-754'>\n\t\t\t\tMaxine has relatives buried in Lewiston, UT. So we took a side trip to the cemetary.\n\t\t\t\t<\/figcaption><\/figure><figure class='gallery-item'>\n\t\t\t<div class='gallery-icon landscape'>\n\t\t\t\t<a href='https:\/\/barneymc.com\/?attachment_id=755'><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" src=\"https:\/\/barneymc.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/MH05-Junkyard-150x150.jpg\" class=\"attachment-thumbnail size-thumbnail\" alt=\"\" aria-describedby=\"gallery-1-755\" \/><\/a>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<figcaption class='wp-caption-text gallery-caption' id='gallery-1-755'>\n\t\t\t\tSemi in a junkyard near the RV park in UT.\n\t\t\t\t<\/figcaption><\/figure><figure class='gallery-item'>\n\t\t\t<div class='gallery-icon landscape'>\n\t\t\t\t<a href='https:\/\/barneymc.com\/?attachment_id=756'><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" src=\"https:\/\/barneymc.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/MH06-TempleView-150x150.jpg\" class=\"attachment-thumbnail size-thumbnail\" alt=\"\" aria-describedby=\"gallery-1-756\" \/><\/a>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<figcaption class='wp-caption-text gallery-caption' id='gallery-1-756'>\n\t\t\t\tThis proves you can see the temple from Temple View RV park in St. George UT.\n\t\t\t\t<\/figcaption><\/figure><figure class='gallery-item'>\n\t\t\t<div class='gallery-icon landscape'>\n\t\t\t\t<a href='https:\/\/barneymc.com\/?attachment_id=757'><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" src=\"https:\/\/barneymc.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/MH07-VirginRiverCanyon-150x150.jpg\" class=\"attachment-thumbnail size-thumbnail\" alt=\"\" aria-describedby=\"gallery-1-757\" \/><\/a>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<figcaption class='wp-caption-text gallery-caption' id='gallery-1-757'>\n\t\t\t\tGoing through the Virgin River Canyon is always pretty.\n\t\t\t\t<\/figcaption><\/figure><figure class='gallery-item'>\n\t\t\t<div class='gallery-icon landscape'>\n\t\t\t\t<a href='https:\/\/barneymc.com\/?attachment_id=758'><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" src=\"https:\/\/barneymc.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/MH08-MoapaPaiute-150x150.jpg\" class=\"attachment-thumbnail size-thumbnail\" alt=\"\" aria-describedby=\"gallery-1-758\" \/><\/a>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<figcaption class='wp-caption-text gallery-caption' id='gallery-1-758'>\n\t\t\t\tWe stopped for lunch at a random off ramp and found this, the Moapa Paiute travel center. This is about 20 miles east of Las Vegas on Hiway 15 and they have a great selection of fire crackers and other explosives.\n\t\t\t\t<\/figcaption><\/figure><figure class='gallery-item'>\n\t\t\t<div class='gallery-icon landscape'>\n\t\t\t\t<a href='https:\/\/barneymc.com\/?attachment_id=759'><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" src=\"https:\/\/barneymc.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/MH09-PeggySues-150x150.jpg\" class=\"attachment-thumbnail size-thumbnail\" alt=\"\" aria-describedby=\"gallery-1-759\" \/><\/a>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<figcaption class='wp-caption-text gallery-caption' id='gallery-1-759'>\n\t\t\t\tThis is a fun original Route 66 diner near the Yermo KOA.\n\t\t\t\t<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This was a 5-day grind of 1075 miles.
