Less than 100 miles from Banff to Calgary made for an easy day. We took it easy the next day, too. The RV park is right next to the Olympic Park where the 1988 winter games were played. There is a Canadian Hall Of Fame on those grounds, and we went to visit.
The night we got there was rainy and dark. The RV park is on a hill, and we had a top row site.
Sunrise and playing with my camera.
I tried to get a picture of the sunrise and the ski jump, but found the right vantage point too late.
Wayne Gretzky has a statue at the front of the hall, right in front of Cisco tunnel.
But this uniform was from his early days, we all now he played his glory years for the LA Kings.
I always admired Mario Lemieux and I guess they could not find a uniform from his junior days in Canada.
I thought travelling with 2 dogs was a lot, but 4?
